Qualifications

• Опыт 5+ лет в DevSecOps или Security Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, строить и поддерживать автоматические средства защиты и ограждения.
• Разрабатывать повторно используемые инструменты безопасности для обеспечения масштабируемости.
• Вести и автоматизировать процессы безопасности в AWS, Kubernetes и облачных средах.
• Интегрировать безопасность в CI/CD конвейеры и рабочие процессы разработки.
• Управлять скринингом уязвимостей, постоянным мониторингом и реагированием на инциденты, ориентируясь на автоматизацию.
• Проводить учения по tabletop для оценки готовности к инцидентам и улучшения реагирования.
• Сотрудничать с DevOps и инженерами для построения безопасных систем.
• Оценивать новые инструменты, угрозы и требования соответствия, переводя их в автоматизированные контроли.

MINT provides Advertising Resource Management software that uses an open enterprise platform and autonomous AI agents to support teams across the marketing and advertising value chain. Its platform connects marketing performance with enterprise growth and helps global brands and agencies plan, execute, and optimize advertising investments.

Задачи:

• Design, build, and maintain automated security controls and guardrails
• Develop reusable security tooling to enforce security at scale
• Lead and automate security processes across AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Manage vulnerability scanning, continuous monitoring, and incident response, focusing on automation and signal quality
• Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises to assess incident readiness, validate response plans, and improve response capabilities
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to build secure systems
• Evaluate emerging security tools, threats, and compliance requirements, translating them into automated controls where possible

• 5+ Years in a DevSecOps or Security Engineering position
• Excellent level of English
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, including vulnerability management, code review, threat modeling, and modern security toolsets
• Strong AWS skills, including EKS, ECR, Route53, RDS, IAM, and VPC
• Programming skills in at least one general-purpose language, such as Python or Go, and ability to build and maintain automation and security tooling
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms for monitoring and automated response
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
