Autoliv United States seeks a Security professional for the Graveyard Shift to safeguard facilities and employees. You will monitor CCTV, access control, fire panels, and respond to incidents, providing initial medical assistance when needed.

The role emphasizes enforcing security procedures, conducting investigations, and maintaining incident records while supporting HR with related activities. EMT certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; EMT certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, emergency response, industrial safety, or related field.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, access control, fire panels, and alarms.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, incident investigation techniques, reporting, and workplace safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with experience drug and alcohol testing and chain-of-custody.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and assets through monitoring, patrols, and enforcement of security procedures.
• Monitor and respond to CCTV, access control, and fire panel systems to protect facilities and personnel.
• Provide initial medical response and documentation of injuries, maintaining accurate records.
• Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, reporting findings to management.
• Conduct drug and alcohol screening with strict chain-of-custody; support HR with related security activities.
