Autoliv United States seeks a Security professional for the Graveyard Shift to safeguard facilities and employees. You will monitor CCTV, access control, fire panels, and respond to incidents, providing initial medical assistance when needed.

The role emphasizes enforcing security procedures, conducting investigations, and maintaining incident records while supporting HR with related activities. EMT certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; EMT certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, emergency response, industrial safety, or related field.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, access control, fire panels, and alarms.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, incident investigation techniques, reporting, and workplace safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with experience drug and alcohol testing and chain-of-custody.

In this role you will beresponsible for physical security of Autoliv Property and employees. Responsible for the initial medical treatment of injuries and illnesses of employees and contractors working on our property. Monitoring of camera surveillance, fire panel, and Access control.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Ensure the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and company assets through monitoring, patrols, and enforcement of security procedures.

• Monitor and respond to security systems, including CCTV surveillance, fire detection panels, and access control systems, to protect facilities and personnel.

• Provide initial medical response and basic treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses, maintaining accurate medical records and incident documentation.

• Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and emergency situations, implementing appropriate corrective actions and reporting findings to management.

• Conduct drug and alcohol screening programs while maintaining chain-of-custody requirements, and support Human Resources with employee terminations and other security-related activities.

If you have/are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; valid EmergencyMedicalTechnician(EMT) certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification.

• Minimum of 1-2yearsofexperience in security, emergency response, industrial safety, law enforcement, or a related field.

• Experience monitoring and operating CCTVsurveillancesystems,accesscontrolsystems,firepanels,andsecurityalarms.

• Knowledge of emergencyresponseprocedures,incidentinvestigationtechniques,reportwriting,andworkplacesafetyprotocols.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience conducting drugandalcoholtesting while maintaining strict chain-of-custody requirements and confidentiality standards.
