Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to patrol a gated retirement community at Fox Run Village. The role includes responding to medical and security calls, enforcing traffic rules, and coordinating with local emergency responders.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and requires 18+ years old with EMS certifications, valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain EMR within 30 days. Weekday and overnight shifts are included.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Proactive, vigilant and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; higher level licensure acceptable; EMR certification within 30 days.

Aufgaben

• Perform regular patrols of the property.
• Provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care utilizing basic interventions.
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activity.
• Utilize local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
• Complete thorough and detailed incident reports using our online report system.
