ERMC Aviation is seeking a Security Employee Screener Supervisor for the LAX area to oversee all access control and provisioning for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors accessing client facilities. The role emphasizes secure entry, proper authorization, and continuous monitoring of site operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• CA Security Guard Card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily screening and access control operations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and evaluating staff.
• Supervise screening personnel and provide ongoing training.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections.
• Respond to and document security incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure secure facility entry and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Oversee daily screening and access control operations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure secure facility entry.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate screening personnel; provide ongoing training and enforce compliance with security and appearance standards.
• Conduct and monitor security inspections, including ID verification, bag checks, body scans, and ETD screenings.
• Respond to and document security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while maintaining clear communication with management.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections to support security compliance and performance tracking.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:

Security License Requirements:

• CA Security Guard Card required.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
