Job summary

Unifi Security seeks responsible individuals to manage provisioning and access control for all entrants to client facilities, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.

You will ensure proper authorization and secure entry, conduct screenings and inspections, and maintain detailed incident reports while coordinating with management, tenants, and the public. This role requires rotating shifts, outside weather, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Must have valid Security Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provisioning and access control for all facility entrants.
• Inspect identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors and contractors.
• Conduct random security inspections and body scans.
• Patrol premises and respond to security inquiries.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents and daily activities.
• Notify management of incidents and emergencies.
• Respond to alarms and manage security communications.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:

• Access Control & Screening, which includes Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

Security License Requirements:

• Must have valid Security Guard Card.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
