Full-time position with a pay rate of $19.74 per hour. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, document incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding site policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while carrying out security-related procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, communicating observations to site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per Allied Universal/site requirements.
