Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and members of the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and communicate observations to site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report hazards or violations.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.

Pay Rate: $19.74 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sat: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
