Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Bellevue, NE. You’ll perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and deliver excellent customer service while following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government utility location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and public-service partners while following applicable post orders.
