Allied Universal in Houston, TX seeks a Security Officer Driver Incident Documentation to monitor and safeguard clients in a manufacturing/industrial setting. You will perform patrols, manage access, and deliver professional customer service as part of a full-time driving post.

The role pays $13.50 per hour, with a DayTime schedule and opportunities for training, growth, and teamwork within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license preferred; access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed); background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; maintain visitor, contractor and incident records.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
