A valid driver\'s license is required, with shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position emphasizes professional presence, incident response, and collaboration with property management.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver\'s license.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors per site procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and document observations and reports.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building areas and perimeter to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and direct guests, delivery personnel, and contractors as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with management and leadership regarding incidents.
