Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Control access to the manufacturing location by verifying credentials and processing visitors.
• Monitor access points and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations promptly and notify leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and document observations.
