Job summary

Board Intelligence is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level Software Engineer to lead security across its engineering teams. You’ll partner with the CTO and CISO to embed secure design, implement standard security tooling, and drive agentic security testing with AI.

You will review architectures, integrate SAST/DAST/SCA into pipelines, influence engineers, and help build secure systems at scale in a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Mid‑level to senior experience building production systems.
• Strong system design skills and ability to read architecture diagrams for security risks.
• Genuine interest in security with motivation to focus on it.
• Experience introducing security tooling into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear view of current security posture and plan improvements with CTO/CISO.
• Bring consistent security tooling into every pipeline (SCA/SAST/DAST/secret scanning).
• Review system designs early for security considerations and risk.
• Develop agentic security testing using AI to continuously test apps.
