Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Seven+ years in IT with at least three years in Network and Security.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Remote candidates may be considered if within 50 miles of a US Eaton facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide input as SME to security and network design principles and lifecycle.
• Lead projects across IT and business units to deliver secure solutions.
• Monitor platforms, networks and systems for performance, availability and capacity.
• Identify process improvements to improve IT efficiency.
• Support operational functions of global IT systems.
• Deploy and secure network-aware solutions with BRMs.
• Configure and maintain security tools; leverage automation (Ansible/Terraform/Python).
• Tune systems to balance security, operations and delivery.
• Collaborate with Information Security stakeholders on prevention and response.
• Support network/security activities for acquisitions/divestitures.
