Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Radio Dispatcher in Milpitas, CA. You will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help direct responses to security concerns at a logistics location.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by following site procedures and access protocols.
• Receive and coordinate calls, radio traffic, and dispatch requests; relay information clearly and promptly.
• Monitor access points, vehicle activity, schedules, and alarm/camera systems; report unusual activity.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and visitor records using site systems.
• Respond calmly to incidents and direct responses per established procedures.
