This position serves as the central point of communication for all security-related incidents, ensuring prompt response and accurate documentation. The dispatcher plays a critical role in maintaining safety and security across all properties or facilities.**ROLE EXPECTATIONS**Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:* Responsible for the safety and well being of the guest and team members.* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, solution-oriented approach* Respond to calls for service to gather all pertinent information related to the creation of a report.* Follows company brand standards for guest service.* Gathers pertinent information regarding security related incidents involving guests, and employees.* Maintains accurate and detailed logs and records of security incidents.* Utilizes CCTV to establish video footage of security incidents and saves footage as appropriate.* Receives incoming security calls (Via two-way radio, telephone and in person) from employees and guests.* Provides departmental information and acts as a liaison between the Security Department and other departments.* Prioritizes and tracks security calls in the dispatch system.* Monitors assignments and locations of all Security Staff on assigned Shift.* Monitors Life Safety Systems and dispatches Officers to respond for calls of service.* Notifies EMS, Local Law Enforcement as appropriate and or as directed by security Management.
