Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, security, customer service, or emergency communications experience preferred.

• Proficient with computer systems, dispatch software, email, and two‑way radio communication.
• Experience with report writing and documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of conflict management and de‑escalation techniques preferred.
• Must possess a valid Arizona Guard Card.

• Provide clear and concise instructions to officers and callers when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of calls and actions taken.
• Follow established procedures and protocols for handling incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor GPS tracking, officer check-ins, and patrol activity throughout the shift.
