Job summary

All Pro Security LLC in Utah is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our on-site security team at a critical location. The part-time role requires handling phone calls and texts from guards and clients, coordinating with the security team, and maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.

You will document incidents, stay familiar with reporting systems, and demonstrate strong observation and communication skills while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Type a minimum of 40 wpm.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Great observation and attention to detail.
• Willing to work independently or as part of a team with reliability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls from security guards and clients.
• Respond to text messages from security guards and clients.
• Guards will be monitoring security cameras.
• Respond promptly to all of the above while working as a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems.
