Job summary

Intuitive Machines is hiring a Security Dispatcher to join the Security Operations Center in Palo Alto, CA. This graveyard shift (10pm–6am, Wed–Sun) will monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and radio communications, coordinating with patrol officers and the contracted guard force to keep personnel and facilities safe.

You will investigate security incidents, document findings, and ensure compliance with DoD and NISPOM requirements while providing briefings and guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• 1+ year of security experience, preferably SOC Operator or Dispatcher.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and radio comms.
• Strong written and verbal communication and report writing skills.

## Security DispatcherApplylocations: Palo Alto, CAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R23932## Please review the job details below.Intuitive Machines is hiring for a **Security Dispatcher** to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. **This role is a Graveyard shift, working 10pm - 6am, Wednesday through Sunday.** In this role, you will work in the Security Operations Center (SOC), providing support to the Security Manager, and will ensure the safety and security of all Intuitive Machines personnel, facilities, assets, visitors, contractors and customers.This role may require periodic and proactive patrolling of Intuitive Machines’ main campus and remote buildings, mitigating security risks, and responding to incidents as necessary. The SOC Dispatcher will coordinate with Physical Security Patrol Officers and contracted Guard Force supplied by our security service provider, to mitigate and respond to a diverse range of safety and security concerns. Additionally, this position plays a critical role in industrial security compliance under Department of Defense (DoD) or other government regulations, ensuring adherence to all applicable security policies and procedures. You will work in the Security Operation Center, which is manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Requires flexibility to work all shifts **Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior military, law enforcement, or federal security experience.* Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.* Experience in crisis management and emergency response coordination.* Familiarity with security risk assessments and mitigation planning.* Prior experience in industrial security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security is highly desirable.* Strong understanding of DoD, NISPOM, and other federal security compliance programs.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in report writing and security documentation.In support of pay transparency at Lanteris Space Systems, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.
