Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Communications Dispatcher in Security to act as a liaison with internal departments, EMS, police, and on- and off-property associates. You will handle calls, transmit instructions via radio, and log activities in our Incident Management System.

You’ll monitor CCTV and weather software, send timely notifications, and support safety initiatives across the park, with a focus on guest and staff safety during all shifts.

• Ability to work with diverse groups and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, and use a radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers.
• Record calls for service and activities in our Incident Management System.
• Monitor CCTV systems, weather software, and communicate via text messaging services; making appropriate notifications when directed.
