Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Communications Dispatcher in Security to serve as a liaison across departments, EMS, police and associates on and off property. You will handle calls, dispatch via radio, document in the Incident Management System, and monitor CCTV and weather software to issue notifications.

The role requires availability on some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with opportunities for paid training, uniforms, and free admission to Cedar Point and related properties.

• Able to interact with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.
