Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Communications Dispatcher in Security to serve as a liaison across departments, EMS, police and associates both on and off property. You will answer emergency and non-emergency calls, transmit calls for service via radio, and record activities in our Incident Management System.

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, associates and emergency responders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and good judgement.
• Willingness to work a schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls and use radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers.
• Record calls and activities in the Incident Management System.
