Duties/Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites
• Oversee the evaluation process for security officers and supervisors
• Visit clients regularly to address any site issues
• Ensure wage costs align with budgeted objectivesDevise training regimens and site orders
• Supports sales efforts by participating with business development in generating market awareness
