Job summary

Red Thread Advising is seeking a Data Analyst, Security (Partner & Field), to centralize partner and field data into a single trusted view. You will design data solutions with the data lead, automate reporting, and build dashboards that inform strategy and field readiness.

You'll support pre-sales and post-sales teams with data insights, track engagement metrics, and translate business needs into scalable analytics using Power BI and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a data analyst or BI role with security/partner focus preferred.
• Experience supporting partner, sales, or field teams with data and reporting.
• Ability to automate manual data processes and build scalable dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support partner and field data needs by designing and maintaining data solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports for partner and field stakeholders.
• Automate data pulls/pushes and ensure a single trusted data view.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable insights for planning.
