Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for North Broward, FL with locations in Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, and Deerfield Beach. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a security D license plus a clean background check.

The positions include Rover, Gatehouse, and Front Desk duties, with a starting pay rate of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• Florida Security D License required.
• Florida Driver’s License required.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rover: Foot/vehicle patrols, detect suspicious activity, prevent vandalism, theft and other incidents.
• Gatehouse: Control access, verify IDs, log visitors/vehicles, announce guests, monitor entry points.
• Front Desk: Greet guests, manage access control, monitor CCTV, handle visitor logs, assist residents.
