Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is hiringLicensed Unarmed Security Officers for distribution warehouses and residential communities in Florida. Positions require a FL Security D license, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of security background.

Salary is $17 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for training and advancement. Responsibilities include greeting guests, monitoring CCTV and alarms, patrolling premises, enforcing rules, and supporting operations

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid FL Security D License.
• Valid FL Driver’s License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by operations
