As a Security Custom Protection Officer - Media Patrol Fulltime in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, acting as a reliable point of contact for those on site. This position requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license in the job state is necessary. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or adult corrections experience or possess a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
