Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Corporal for full-time, on-site roles at Flamingo Las Vegas. The position involves supervising Security shifts, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating incident responses.

You will train and evaluate subordinates, prepare written reports, and support executives in security operations. The role requires 3+ years supervisory or casino security experience, ability to work flexible shifts, and compliance with regulatory certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years Guest Safety experience or related casino experience required.
• Two years police, military police, or casino security experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Card, Alcohol Awareness Card (AES), First Aid & CPR certifications, and have a valid Nevada Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well groomed appearance and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Security shifts and allocate personnel as needed.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and reports are completed timely.
• Answer phones, dispatch to appropriate departments, and handle incidents.
• Train and evaluate subordinates; conduct roll calls and shift assignments.
• Respond to emergencies, manage on-site safety and security operations.
• Maintain complete written reports and ensure chain of command is followed.
