Citadel Security USA is seeking a dependable Security Contract Manager to provide daily coverage, inspections, and security support at assigned locations. The role combines routine checks with public interaction, access monitoring, emergency response, and precise documentation.

The successful candidate will work independently, communicate with the public, and make responsible decisions during unexpected situations. A valid driver's license is required for mobile site checks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in private security or related field.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult interactions professionally.
• Effective de-escalation and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions during emergencies and unexpected situations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior and exterior walkthroughs of assigned areas.
• Inspect entrances, restrooms, storage spaces, parking areas, and other locations.
• Conduct mobile site checks as scheduled.
• Identify hazards and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Provide information on rules and established procedures and enforce them professionally.
• Assist with opening/closing activities and monitor access points.
• Respond to medical emergencies, evacuations, and other urgent situations per procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain required logs.
