Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Concierge Officers to work at a commercial office building in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves monitoring CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to keep the facility secure, while conducting patrols and assisting visitors with directions and information.

Responsibilities include enforcing visitor policies, responding to incidents, and documenting all activities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, and read/write English. EOE M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Education and/or Experience

Previous security experience, High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.

Salary & Benefits
