Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with LexisNexis, seeks a Manager, Security – Security Compliance & Risk Management in Raleigh. You will lead the security compliance and risk function, owning frameworks, processes, and programs that provide structured oversight of technology risk and translate it into actionable insight for executives, boards, auditors, regulators, and customers.

This is a people-manager role supervising security engineers responsible for audit, compliance, control, and FedRAMP

Qualifications

• Experience leading security compliance and risk management programs.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable guidance for executives and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and FedRAMP.
• Excellent people leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers.
• Own risk register, scoring, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee control governance and mapping to frameworks.
• Coordinate audit engagements and responses.
• Drive FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring program.
