Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Experiences Technology & Digital unit seeks a DSE Compliance Analyst to coordinate remediation of security findings, vulnerabilities, and compliance deliverables across the DSE portfolio. You will set priorities and help drive timely resolutions across teams.

You’ll manage day-to-day findings, lead security & compliance projects, and partner with app owners, Solutions Engineers, leadership, and GIS to ensure adherence to guidelines, including NIST, PCI/SOX

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, application development, and technology platform operations.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day findings and vulnerability management.
• Project Management of Security & Compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with app owners, Solutions Engineers, leadership, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships across DSE, DXT, and GIS to enforce guidelines.
• Support leadership in NIST framework adherence and PCI/SOX audits.
• Acts as primary liaison between Disney Security & Compliance teams and the DSE organization.
• Effectively communicate with executives through presentations, email, and meetings.
• Daily exposure to executives for report-outs and the latest guidelines/trends.
