Disney Experiences Technology & Digital in Celebration, FL is seeking a Compliance Analyst to coordinate remediation of security findings, vulnerabilities and compliance deliverables across the DSE portfolio, prioritizing issues and guiding leadership on resolution timelines.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, app development, and platform operations, with strong coordination and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, application development, and technology platform operations.
• Skilled in coordination, project management, and translating technical concepts into simple requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day findings and vulnerability management with teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Project Management of Security & Compliance initiatives.
• Build, communicate, maintain, and drive project plans to aid remediation of findings and related projects.
• Serve as liaison to app owners, Solutions Engineers, leadership, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Keep project plans updated and follow through to completion.
• Develop relationships across DSE, DXT, and GIS to execute Security & Compliance guidelines.
• Support leadership with Security & Compliance initiatives such as NIST and PCI/SOX audits.
• Act as primary liaison between Disney Security & Compliance teams and the DSE organization.
• Communicate with stakeholders at varying levels via presentations, email, and meetings.
• Daily exposure to executives for report-outs and updates on security trends.
