Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Compliance Analyst to coordinate remediation of security findings and oversee risk reporting. You will drive prioritization, communicate latest guidelines, and influence timely resolutions across the DSE portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with app owners, Solutions Engineers, leadership, and GIS to enforce security and compliance standards, including NIST and PCI/SOX audits, while reporting progress to executive teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, application development, and technology platform operations.
• Skilled in coordination, project management, and translating technical concepts into simple requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Prefer CISSP certification, or similar.
• Successful completion of Cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day findings and vulnerabilities with teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Project management of Security & Compliance initiatives; drive remediation plans.
• Coordinate with app owners, solutions engineers, leadership and stakeholders; keep plans updated.
• Build relationships across DSE, DXT, GIS to align with security guidelines.
• Support leadership in executing NIST, PCI/SOX audits.
• Act as liaison between Disney Security & Compliance and the DSE.
• Communicate with executives on security and compliance guidelines and trends.
• Expose daily to executives for report-outs.
