Job summary

MI Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Developer to design and create user-facing interfaces and experiences.

The role requires analyzing user requirements, creating personas, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to implement interfaces. Strong knowledge of React.js, CSS, and Power Platform is expected, along with DoW clearance and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in user-facing design and development.
• Experience with React.js, CSS, and Power Platform interfaces.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience using UI wireframe/mockup tools like Figma and Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of Google Material Design and WCAG.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and behavior to design user-friendly interfaces.
• Create personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design.
• Design graphic UI elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes showing site/app function and look.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry changes.
• Ensure designs work across browsers and screen settings; follow typography standards.
