Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Writer to develop, edit, and maintain government-grade documentation and RMF artifacts. You will translate complex cybersecurity information into clear, concise materials for technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and project teams to ensure accuracy.

This full-time on-site role in the Washington, DC area requires TS/SCI with CI Poly (or the ability to obtain), a Bachelor's Degree, and at

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical writing or deliverable coordination in IT/cybersecurity.
• Experience with RMF, NIST SP 800-37, and DoD cybersecurity documentation requirements.
• Experience preparing SSPs, SARs, and ATO authorization packages.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and program deliverables per government standards.
• Translate complex cybersecurity information into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and project teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain document templates, formatting standards, version control, and documentation repositories.
• Prepare and update RMF documentation per NIST SP 800-37 and DoD RMF guidance.
• Support SSPs, SARs, and ATO packages; coordinate with cybersecurity teams to review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate, track, and organize technical documentation and deliverables for timely submission.
• Review documents for quality, consistency, formatting, and adherence to customer requirements.
