Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC seeks Systems Administrators in Tobyhanna, PA to process user work orders and provide IT support across hardware, software, and network devices. Responsibilities include setup, imaging, training, and secure VTC operations for government-related services.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communications, and an active DoD clearance. The role requires on-site support with some travel and adherence to security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience required.
• Active security clearance required by a US Government agency.
• Three years of experience supporting and maintaining IT assets in large-enterprise environments.
• Three years’ experience in technical writing related to enterprise support documentation.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to coordinate multiple work orders.
• Support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve a broad range of IT support issues.
• Support authorized software and hardware products.
• Guide users through problem resolution.
• Set up, image or repair authorized computer equipment and related devices.
• Train users to utilize new hardware or software including printing and email.
• Respond to security events and mitigate vulnerabilities.
