Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking Systems Administrators in Tobyhanna, PA to provide tiered IT support, deploy and maintain hardware, software, and VTC systems, and ensure compliance with security policies. The role requires active DoD-level security clearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include user account management, software deployment, and incident response, with on-site and remote support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred or 5 years previous closely-related experience required.
• Experience with enterprise IT assets and documenting enterprise support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT support issues.
• Provide setup, imaging, and repair of authorized computer equipment and devices.
• Train users on new hardware and software, including Office applications and printing.
• Respond to security events and mitigate vulnerabilities per DoD guidelines.
• Manage user accounts, access, and logins per local policy and DoD requirements.
• Install and maintain Microsoft Office suite and required applications.
• Support secure and non-secure VTC events and on-premises VOIP systems.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support at customer facilities as needed.
• Deliver service metrics to site leadership on a daily basis.
