Eagle Integrated Services, LLC seeks Systems Administrators in Tobyhanna PA to support IT assets in a large enterprise. Responsibilities include addressing user work orders, config and repair of devices, and secure VTC and VoIP systems.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, an active security clearance, and strong communication skills for coordinating multiple tasks and documenting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or 5 years related experience required.
• Must possess an active and valid security clearance issued by a United States Government Agency.
• Three years of experience supporting and maintaining IT assets in large-enterprise environments.
• Excellent communications skills, and ability to coordinate multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.

Responsabilités

• Assess and resolve a broad range of IT support issues.
• Support authorized software and hardware products.
• Guide users through problem resolution.
• Set up, image or repair computer equipment and related devices.
• Train users on new hardware/software, including printing and email.
• Respond to security events and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Triage incoming work orders within SLA.
• Provide remote system management and on-site touch labor as needed.
• Create, modify, maintain, and dispose user accounts per policy.
• Provide VTC support and administer on-site communications equipment.
