Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering SIGINT/EW software for the DoD. You will drive architecture, microservices design, and DevSecOps practices across multiple environments to meet mission needs and customer expectations.

You will partner with product, program office, and external teams to plan, execute development cycles, and ensure robust, reusable software across programs while maintaining security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Active top security clearance or ability to obtain SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with system/software development focus.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software, integration, and test engineers.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end solutions with Product Teams.
• Implement CI/CD processes with DevSecOps collaboration.
• Integrate software onto different environments with external teams.
• Plan sprints with Scrum Masters and hands-on team involvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
• Collaborate with program office to drive strategic initiatives.
• Drive software reuse and profitability across programs.
• Own SSEE software baseline direction and maturation.
• Manage SPLs and SPRs, and approve software baselines and CDRLs.
• Communicate complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
