Job summary

RCT is seeking a Software Developer for a 200+ FTE program supporting the Sponsor's Enterprise PKI System and IdAM. You will join a team of developers, cloud engineers and testers to modernize PKI and build new networks. Core business hours are 9 AM–3 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for early arrivals or late departures.

Some after-hours or weekend work may be required for deployments. The candidate should have strong PKI knowledge including digital certificates, CAs, RA, key

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• BS degree and 3–5 years of demonstrable experience.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot and AWS for backend components.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience designing scalable, testable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for legacy PKI systems and new PKI systems on other networks.
• Work in Scrum to deliver incremental enhancements on a 3-week cycle.
• Plan, deliver, and groom Jira backlog; participate in O&M rotations.
• Be on-call for after-hours support approximately one week every three months.
