Job summary

Akina, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer and CNO Reverse Engineer at Fort Meade, MD to design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate mission-centric software solutions. You will collaborate with analysts, operators, data scientists and other engineers to support tactical missions.

You will augment toolsets, derive requirements, and build end-to-end systems while participating in peer reviews to reduce defects and demonstrate progress with prototypes aligned to mission needs.

Qualifications

• Produce and modify software in C/C++/Python/Assembly.
• Understand TCP/IP and analyze network traffic (Wireshark).
• Support fielded software systems and maintain code quality.
• Familiar with Git, Subversion, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Augment existing toolsets to meet mission requirements.
