Omitron, Inc. seeks a Site Lead at Dahlgren, VA to oversee administrative, technical, and operational functions for the Dahlgren team supporting space domain and government customers.

The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and 6+ years in space operations with 2+ years of leadership. You will guide mission systems, drive software integration, and ensure readiness and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or ability to obtain and maintain.
• 6+ years in space domain awareness, orbital analysis, or closely related mission operations in a cleared environment.
• 2+ years leading teams in high tempo operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent corporate leadership on site and translate policy to local practice.
• Own the site's administrative rhythm: timecards, leave, travel, expenses.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, and performance input for staff.
• Safeguard security, contractual, and policy compliance; pass reviews without findings.
• Serve as SME for site mission systems and architectures; guide technical direction.
• Architect and guide software integration across teams and security domains.
• Establish and enforce software development standards via code reviews.
• Grow the team’s technical depth through mentoring and development plans.
• Set daily/weekly site priorities aligned with direction and manage surge readiness.
• Coordinate with other site teams and deconflict resources to avoid blockers.
• Lead customer interface at Dahlgren with SITREPs and decision briefs.
• Maintain predictable battle rhythm with documented decisions and due dates.
• Lead site operations during surge or novel events and ensure continuity.
