Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Planning for our Carlsbad, CA location. This role will manage production planning for multiple programs across fiber optics, electronics, and hardware manufacturing, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to keep builds on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required; 2+ years related experience; in lieu of degree, 6+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the full production cycle to meet requirements.
• Ensures materials are provided per schedules from engineering plans and production specs.
• Advises management of work status and coordinates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.
• Ensures availability of materials and labor to meet production requirements and delivery commitments.
