Job summary

Legato, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain complex front-end applications, with a focus on performance and scalable solutions. TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required.

You will work with AngularJS, Node.js, Java, Python, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, serve as a technical lead across multiple teams, and contribute to architecture, testing, and quality control.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer on complex projects.
• BS in CS/CE/Software Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience building front-end apps with AngularJS and Node.js.
• Experience with JavaScript build tools such as npm and gulp.
• Experience with Java and Python.
• Experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Experience leading multiple software teams.
• Experience designing and modifying complex software systems.
• Experience using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict performance.
• Experience developing and executing test procedures.
• Experience ensuring quality via testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution.
• Experience documenting software systems.
