Lever, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support complex federal contracts. The role requires on-call availability and leadership of software teams to deliver high-assurance systems.

The candidate will analyze requirements, design and implement software, debug existing code, and coordinate testing and deployment across multiple environments. Maryland-area opportunities are included among several U.S. locations.

Competenze

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 20 years SWE experience in similar programs.
• BS in CS or related field; additional 4 years may substitute for degree.
• Ability to derive software design from user requirements.
• Debug and fix defects in existing software.
• Design, develop, modify software for new features.
• Lead software development teams as appropriate.
