Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 20 years of software engineering experience required; equivalent degree substitution allowed.
• Experience translating user requirements into software design and performance specs.
• Proven ability to develop, test, debug, and maintain complex software systems.
• Experience with large datasets, real-time processing, and performance optimization.
