Job summary

Quevera is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. You will lead front-end development across multiple teams, shaping technical direction and ensuring quality.

The role requires deep experience with AngularJS and Node.js, plus Java and/or Python, MongoDB and Elasticsearch, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Twenty years of software engineering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional Software Engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Experience with AngularJS and Node.js.
• Experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards.
• Assist with the development and execution of test procedures for software components.
• Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcomes and consequences of design.
• Ensure quality control of developed and modified software.
• Write and review software system documentation.
• Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
