Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. The role focuses on workforce data analysis, building dashboards, and providing analytic support for human capital initiatives across IC agencies.

The ideal candidate has strong data tools skills, expertise in analytics, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and have experience with workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or no degree with 24+ years.
• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data on hiring, retention, attrition and mobility to identify trends.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports, and analytic products for clients.
• Maintain position description libraries to standardize role information.
• Administer and manage relational databases with data integrity.
• Normalize and integrate disparate data sets for consistent analysis.
• Support surveys across IC agencies and provide analytic insights.
• Conduct HR data analysis to support workforce planning.
