Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC seeks a Human Capital Data Analyst to analyze workforce data, build dashboards, and support IC workforce initiatives. Candidates should have strong data analysis, data visualization, and communication skills, plus experience with Excel, Tableau, and relational databases. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Ideal for candidates with IC data experience and a background in workforce analytics, capable of standardizing role information and supporting HR data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 9+ years of experience if no degree.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Strong ability to communicate findings clearly via graphics, writing, and speaking.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and labor projections.
• Build and modify dashboards and reports to client needs.
• Maintain position description libraries for standardized roles.
• Administer and manage relational databases and ensure data integrity.
• Normalize and integrate disparate data sets for analysis.
• Support survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies.
• Provide analytic support for surveys and data calls.
• Analyze HR data to support workforce planning and decision-making.
